FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP

New to Reformer? This workshop is for you!

75 minutes

This workshop is perfect for complete beginners eager to explore Reformer Pilates! You’ll learn the fundamentals of equipment setup and foundational movements, giving you the confidence to join our small group classes. No prior experience, fitness level, or flexibility is required—just come as you are!

Starting something new can feel intimidating, so we’ve designed this workshop to help you build the knowledge and skills you need to kickstart your Reformer journey. Join us and discover how empowering and fun Pilates can be!

Please note: Our Fundamentals Workshops are not a requirement to get started - you can start with a beginner class, we just ask you arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can have a chat with you and give you an overview of the machine.


DYNAMIC SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Small Group Classes: Dynamic, Energising, and Tailored to Meet You Where You’re At

50 minutes

Our small group classes are designed to bring out your best, with a focus on personalised attention in a supportive and energised environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced participant, these classes are built to meet you exactly where you’re at in your fitness journey. We have 3 types of classes to help you reach your goals:

Odyssey Rise (Beginner Level): A slower-paced class using only the Reformer. These classes focus on the fundamentals while still working on building strength, improving balance, and enhancing flexibility. Ideal for beginners, pre/post-natal clients, and those recovering from injuries. This class helps you progress in your Pilates journey at your own pace.

Odyssey Flow (Mixed-Level): Our signature dynamic Reformer class! This energetic, mixed-level session offers progressions and regressions to suit every ability—whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro. Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and mobility, all delivered in a fluid, uplifting flow. With occasional props to keep things fun and challenging, this class will leave you feeling strong, stretched, and energised.

Odyssey Elevate (Intermediate/Advanced): An intermediate/advanced class designed to challenge your limits with complex and dynamic Reformer exercises. Ideal for those with extensive Pilates Reformer experience and a strong fitness level, this class will push your strength, endurance, and technique. Bring your determination and prepare to elevate your practice to the next level!


PRIVATE CLASSES (1:1, 2:1, 3:1 - up to 5:1)

Personalised 50-Minute Reformer Class

50 minutes

This 50-minute session is designed specifically for you and/or your group, focusing on your unique goals. It’s perfect for first-timers eager to familiarise themselves with the Reformer or for those who prefer a more private workout experience.

Additionally, this class is ideal for clients recovering from injury who may want to avoid larger group sessions, as well as for pre- and post-natal clients seeking a customized workout tailored to their needs. Enjoy a personalised approach that prioritises your comfort and progress!


MAT PILATES CLASS

Mat Pilates Classes: Open-Level and Accessible for All

45-50 minutes

Our Mat Pilates classes accommodate 8-10 people and are open to all levels. With a variety of progressions and regressions (layers), these classes are designed to be enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding, whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast seeking a fresh challenge.

All Mat classes take place at Koru Wellness – Unit 3G, Castle Yard, Gardens, Kilkenny.
