Jamee
Hi, I’m Jamee-Maree, the owner of Odyssey Pilates and a certified Mat, Reformer, and Pre & Post-Natal Pilates Instructor. Originally from Newcastle, Australia.
Before opening the studio and becoming a mum to my beautiful little boy, I spent several years working in Human Resources in the corporate world. That experience gave me firsthand insight into how crucial exercise and movement are for mental and physical well-being. After years of doing CrossFit, I discovered Pilates while searching for a more low-impact way to stay active. Though I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness, nothing has transformed my mind and body the way Pilates has.
To me, Pilates is joyful movement. I love how it challenges your strength, coordination, and flexibility while being accessible to everyone. The positive changes Pilates brought to my life inspired me to become an instructor so I could help others experience the same benefits.
My goal is to make Pilates accessible to as many people as possible, empowering them to live healthier, happier lives. In my open-level classes, we always begin by getting the spine moving with some flexion and extension—think cat-cow—before transitioning into a dynamic flow with a few cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate and break a sweat.

Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle, the Lead Pilates Instructor for the Kilkenny Studio.
My Pilates journey started in the U.S., where I was working as a nanny and discovered Reformer Pilates. I fell in love instantly! During COVID, I completed my Mat training with Reformation and then went on to earn my Reformer certification through YogaHub in Dublin.
I’m known for my attentive and supportive teaching style, and I strive to make everyone feel encouraged and empowered in my classes. And if you’re up for a challenge, don’t miss my spicy lower body flows—they’re a fan favorite!

Donna
Hi, I’m Donna.
My Pilates journey began right here at the studio, where I quickly fell in love with the practice. (Fun fact, Donna was one of our very first clients)
Inspired by my experience, I completed my Pilates Teacher Training in Reformer, Mat, and Barre at Reformation in Dublin.
I’m so excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with our the Odyssey community. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of Pilates, I will bring a unique blend of expertise and personal connection to my classes.
My classes will focus on an empathetic and motivating approach, emphasizing alignment, breath, and control.

Shannon
Hi, I’m Shannon.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with Pilates. I completed my STOTT Mat training with Complete Body Movement in Dublin before moving to Sydney, Australia where I fell in love with the Reformer. On returning home, I completed my Reformer Training in Reformation in Dublin.
I’m an advocate for all forms of movement. I enjoys GAA, running, and golf, and believe that Pilates is the ideal complement for building strength, enhancing mobility, and preventing injuries.
With good music setting the vibe, you’re in for a fun, energetic and uplifting class. My favourite moves: mermaid stretch and any type of lunge (with extra pulses to feel that burn).

Etain
Hi, I’m Etain.
Before I discovered Pilates, I was always doing high impact workouts and pushing my body to its limits. I love the change of pace with Pilates and how my mind and body feel after a workout. I realised how beneficial and accessible Pilates can be when I saw a 70-year-old woman doing a headstand in the first class I ever attended.
This year I decided to take my love of Pilates one step further and started my reformer, mat and barre teacher training at the Reformation Training Academy. It’s been an amazing experience and I can’t wait to start teaching and sharing everything that I have learnt in my own classes.
My classes will be a combination strength, breath, flexibility and fun!
